The Art of Seth Lee: The Actor, Musician, and Model Redefining What It Means to Be Limitless

By embracing vulnerability, challenging expectations, and refusing to be defined by a single medium, Seth Lee is building a creative world entirely his own.

In an industry often built around categories, Seth Lee exists somewhere beyond them.

Actor. Musician. Model. Artist.

The labels may change depending on the room he walks into, but the intention behind his work remains the same: authenticity. For Lee, creativity has never been about choosing one path — it has been about following every instinct that sparks curiosity, emotion, and growth.

“I really like to encapsulate all that I do by simply saying I’m an artist,” Lee explains. “I don’t do anything that I don’t have passion for. All the avenues I explore I give full effort into.”

That dedication has become the defining thread throughout his career. Whether stepping onto a film set, in front of a camera, or into a recording studio, Lee approaches each opportunity with the same philosophy: arrive prepared, remain open, and give everything.

“I think ‘artist’ seems most fitting,” he says.

And that mindset has guided him into his most personal creative chapter yet.

Finding His Voice

With the release of LEED’s debut EP, It’s All a Blur, Lee is stepping into a new form of storytelling — one that trades scripts and characters for something far more intimate: his own experiences.

The project represents years of creative curiosity finally becoming reality. For Lee, making music was always inevitable; the challenge was discovering what he wanted to say.

“It’s so surreal,” he reflects. “I always knew I’d end up making music one way or another, and I’m so beyond proud of the work me and the crew have put in.”

The EP arrived at a pivotal moment in his life. Written beginning in December 2025, the project captures a period of transition, reflection, and emotional evolution.

“I started writing this EP in a completely different stage of my life,” Lee shares. “I’ve learned and grown so much since then that it definitely feels like closing a chapter upon completion.”

That sense of transformation is what makes It’s All a Blur more than just a collection of songs. It is a time capsule — a record of heartbreak, healing, and self-discovery.

“It’s been a very vulnerable process for me and in so many ways has been so healing,” he says. “It felt like the right time because I finally felt like I found my voice in music and what I wanted to tackle in my songs.”

Turning Pain Into Art

Among the EP’s most powerful moments is “Priceless,” a song born from a period when Lee was privately struggling while publicly experiencing professional success.

At his lowest weight, undiagnosed, and quietly unraveling, Lee found himself navigating a difficult contrast: being celebrated by an industry while internally facing challenges no one could see.

Rather than hiding that experience, he chose to transform it.

“Opening up about the experience in music actually became very healing,” he explains.

The process allowed him to revisit emotions he had previously pushed aside in order to move forward.

“I pushed away some feelings so I could move on with my life sooner than maybe I should have,” Lee admits. “I’m in such a great place with my diagnosis, and the music really played a big role in it recently.”

That honesty reflects a larger shift happening across entertainment and fashion — one where conversations around mental health, body image, and personal struggles are becoming part of the creative dialogue.

For Lee, progress comes from continuing to make space for those conversations.

“I think the industry has certainly moved in a positive direction, but there’s always room for improvement,” he says. “There’s definitely an understanding of the importance of opening up about mental health, which often plays into body image.”

The Stories Behind the Songs

Each track on It’s All a Blur carries its own emotional landscape.

“Yellow Birdie” captures the uncertainty of a relationship approaching its end — written during the complicated space between knowing something is changing and finding the words to acknowledge it.

“It’s THE breakup song on the EP,” Lee says. “We were headed towards a breakup, but just couldn’t find the words yet. So it shaped the way I was able to navigate that point in my life.”

“Will It Ever End” explores a different kind of emotional complexity — the relationships that resist definition but still leave a lasting impact.

“The inability to fully define what someone is to you is a tricky thing to navigate,” Lee explains. “But it helped give a sense of gratitude for that person I hadn’t yet realized.”

Through music, Lee has discovered a way to honor experiences rather than simply move past them.

Creativity as a Form of Balance

Maintaining a career across multiple creative fields requires discipline, and Lee has developed personal rituals to protect his focus.

One of the most important is journaling.

“For any artistic endeavors, it allows me to eliminate any distractions or thoughts that might prevent me from opening up my creative brain,” he says.

The practice helps him overcome creative blocks while staying connected to himself.

“That grounding is essential to being aware of the present and focusing on your body rather than the stressors in your life.”

That connection between creativity and mindfulness has become essential as Lee continues to expand his artistic reach.

Refusing to Be Defined

For many performers, success can come with pressure to repeat what already works. Lee sees things differently.

His goal is not to be recognized for one defining role, one song, or one image.

His goal is evolution.

“I’m always looking for the next project that will test and challenge me in a way I haven’t before,” he says. “I don’t want to ever feel creatively stagnant.”

That philosophy extends beyond his own ambitions — it reflects the kind of artist he wants to become.

“When people look at my work I don’t want them to recognize me for one thing that I’ve done, but rather the range that I’m able to live up to.”

The Next Chapter

With acting, music, and modeling all continuing to evolve, Lee’s schedule shows no signs of slowing down.

Later this year, he will step into a psychological thriller — a project he describes as another opportunity to challenge himself creatively.

“The script is phenomenal and another challenge I can’t wait to take on,” he says.

Meanwhile, the world of It’s All a Blur is only beginning. The EP serves as the foundation for what could eventually become a full-length album, a project Lee is already eager to explore.

“There’s no timeline on that yet, but it’s another thing to look forward to,” he shares.

The creative team behind CreepyAF is also exploring expanding the project into a feature, giving Lee another opportunity to continue telling stories in unexpected ways.

For Seth Lee, the future is not about choosing a lane.

It is about creating his own.

In a world that often asks artists to define themselves, Lee has chosen something far more challenging — staying open, staying curious, and continuing to become.

Because for Seth Lee, the art is never finished.
