My new stuff is still full of anger — but at the world, at money, at getting drunk for no reason. I’m not angry at him anymore. He’s just a child like me. He couldn’t figure it out and that’s okay.”

Visuals are as essential as the music. “I’m so bad at technology but I still made a PowerPoint with over 100 images that match the album’s vibe EXACTLY. Movies and visuals are as important as the music. Eventually I’ll make short films. People will come to me to creative direct their films. Bet that.”
On stage, he dresses exactly as he does in real life. “One suitcase. If you see me on the street, I’ve probably worn that on stage.”
His style evolves with his sound — sometimes chaotic, sometimes accidental, always intentional. “Sometimes my outfit looks terrible in the moment, but I always have that shit on.”

Henry realized music was his path when Saint Levant believed in him. “He made me unafraid to be cringe in public. It set me free for the rest of my life.”
The industry, he says, is brutal. “I have the easiest job in the world, but the industry doesn’t care if I live or die. Jealousy and ego are my problems. I haven’t overcome them. You’re either down to play the game or you’re not. I’ve chosen to play — and I’m trying to have fun even though it’s hard.”
His most meaningful fan moment came after his worst show. “Getting a beer with a fan in Ohio. I felt loved unconditionally.” Messages from fans who say his music kept them from self‑harm shake him, but motivate him. “It’s scary. But it makes me want to work hard every day.”
Five years from now? “If I answer that, I’ll sound like Kanye West. I’d rather appear humble.”
